Training Room

It’s not a sprint

The Training Room is our first dent.

Daily physical, mental, and social training for women.

No fluff. You show up. You train.

📍 Why a room and why now?

Scroll Instagram for five minutes and you’ll see a hundred versions of the same sermon: “Set goals. Eat protein. Stay motivated. Believe in yourself.”

The comments are full of hearts and fire emojis. People write “so inspiring” like they’re praying for something to finally work. Someone always asks, “where’s that top from?” And the loop starts again.

It looks like care. It sounds like advice. But it’s a theatre.

Influencers talk about balance while filming their fifteenth take. And the worst part? Everyone already knows it’s bs. But likes feel like air when you’re drowning. So we double-tap, comment a heart, and call it growth.

Meanwhile, we sleep worse, think less, and call exhaustion self-care.

That’s why The Training Room exists. Not as a movement, not as a fix. Just a place to do the work without pretending it’s something else.

✅ Why Daily physical, mental, and social training?

  1. Consistency rewires the brain (not intensity).
Neuroscience shows that habits of attention and behavior are built through repetition, not breakthroughs. The brain’s plasticity depends on frequency. Small, daily actions literally reshape neural pathways faster than sporadic bursts of motivation.
  2. Process beats goals. Always.
Behavioral psychology is clear: people who focus on systems and routines are more likely to sustain change than those who chase outcomes. Focusing on identity-based habits (“I’m the kind of person who trains daily”) leads to longer-term results than goal-based motivation (“I want to get fit” or “be happier”).
  3. Daily social contact protects against despair.
According to decades of research — from Harvard’s Study of Adult Development to Oxford’s social neuroscience lab — regular social connection is the single strongest predictor of long-term wellbeing. Even brief, repeated contact (not deep talk) reduces cortisol, boosts immune function, and enhances meaning.

Before we start anything, we talk. This is not a pitch. It’s a filter. If it fits, you’ll know. If it doesn’t, that’s useful too. 900 kr. To see if you need more Instagram inspiration… or just less bs. Unemployed? 0 kr.

If you want to join, write me. I know, that’s 10.000 times harder than scrolling.

🚪 If it fits, you’ll be invited to join The Training Room

Membership is 1000 kr/month. No likes needed.

🌱 The Long Game. No fixing.

This isn’t about hacking your way to a new you. It’s not a transformation plan. The dent comes from showing up again and again, long after the buzz is gone.

🚫 Who this is not for

This isn’t for everyone. You won’t find fluffy inspiration here. If you’re looking for a program, a coach, or a shortcut, keep scrolling. It’s not for men. If any of this feels wrong, good. That’s the threshold.

🌀 The Room is Alive

The walls don’t matter. The gear doesn’t matter. It doesn’t even matter if you enter your room at home or online with us. The Training Room only exists when people step in and work together.

🧭 TL;DR

The work is daily. If it works, you stay. Why? Because it calms your nervous system, rewires your brain, and saves you from chasing goals like a caffeinated squirrel on LinkedIn. But this you already know.
